Aquafil Water

Aquafil Water have searched the world for its products, so we can give you a premium range of goods. We are international distributors of these products. With this, we take on the pride and responsiblity of these products and understand that you want your goods as quickly as we want to get them to you.

Our Products are Manufactured in Australia, so from time to time we may unexpectatly run short on stock and have to bring more in. We will do everything with in our power to get your goods here quickly, but you will have to understand and take into consideration that this may take upto 14 days, and in some circumstances longer as we do not have control over international freight companies or your countries customs.

All items shipped via royal mail or any other delivery company chosen at Aquafil Waters discretion. Will have all shipping charges calculated according to size, weight and distance of the product and its final destination. If delivery is attempted 3 times by our carriers, and delivery has failed, the goods will be returned to us, and an additional charge will apply for re-delivery. If you decide you no longer require the goods after a failed delivery attempt, there will be a minimum £20 administration charge deducted from any refund to cover shipping & handling.

Aquafil Water shall not be liable for any penalty, loss, injury, damage or expense arising from any delay or failure in delivery from any cause at all, nor shall any such delay or failure entitle the Customer to refuse to accept any delivery or performance of or repudiate the Contract.

Aquafil Water own all products until they are payed for in full, this enables Aquafil Water all rights do anything with in its discretion, to collect its products if at any point there is an outstanding amount due.

All Products shall be paid for and completed in full, before it is dispatched for delivery.

Aquafil Water may at its own discretion, due to reasonable circumstances. Deliver its product in installments in any sequence.

The Goods will be delivered to you when Aquafil Water can makes them available to you or any agent or carrier acting on behalf of you. Aquafil Water will at times not have stock in and have to get it in from abroad.

Any dates quoted by Aquafil Water for the delivery of Goods of are approximate only, this shall not form part of the Contract and the Customer acknowledges that in the performance expected of the Company no regard has been paid to any quoted delivery or performance dates.

We will in normal situations send your order to you in 4 business days, but please make sure your details are correct to minimise any failed deliveries.
